Sameer loves waking up every day to the possibility of new, interesting and varied experiences. A Chartered Accountant and MBA by education, Sameer has worked for nearly two decades in media and entertainment across television, feature film and digital platforms. He has previously served in managerial and leadership positions at YouTube, STAR India, Discovery Communications, Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films and UTV Motion Pictures. Across these organisations, Sameer has primarily focussed on conceptualisation, development and programming of long form content for digital, television and feature film platforms, working in close collaboration with creative talent, producers and inter-disciplinary specialists on each project. Sameer firmly believes in the power of content to effect real and lasting change in society and this is what motivates him every day.
Bumpy believes in the creative process and tries to seek that out in all his first loves- whether that be cooking, playing the cello or the bass, his sneaker collection or travelling.
But in between all of this, he’s managed to find a 20+ yr old love affair with story-telling through his multi-layered body of enviable work across all mediums which includes theatrically released films, television, TVC’s and now digital.
As someone who constantly loves innovating and being ahead of the curve, it has led him to many fruitful partnerships with popular brands like YashRaj Films, 120 Media Collective, and MTV besides being a successful and sometimes disgruntled freelancer.
His current hero is Chrysippus, a Greek philosopher who died laughing at his own joke.

Akhil has an experience of over 20 years with a strong background in the film, television and digital industry with an in-depth knowledge of commercial and production work. He has also worked in various creative capacities in both fiction and non-fiction space.
He has been associated with path-breaking shows like The Great Indian Laughter Challenge Season 3 & 4, Radio City’s Babbar Sher, Kota Factory etc.
While working on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, he auditioned and selected fresh talent such as Kapil Sharma, Sudesh Lahiri, Chandan Prabhakar, Rajiv Thakur, Sugandha Mishra etc. and later jammed with them and created some of the most iconic stand-up comedy acts seen on the Indian Television. His show Kota Factory Season 1 was declared the topmost web-series of 2019 by iMDB.
On the personal front, he was among the Top 64 people from across India to get selected as a contestant on the prestigious television quiz show BBC Mastermind India.
He is very passionate about sports, cinema and reading books, comics and graphic novels and has a keen interest in quizzing, travelling, nature and wildlife, discussing politics, history and trivia and spending time wandering in the mountains.
Being a perpetual misfit, Saswat was tagged under 'creative' category by techies, while the creatives felt he wasn’t mad enough. In reality, he got his answers in new age business strategies and finally found his calling at the intersection of all these specialisations.
Saswat is a multidisciplinary designer from Glasgow School of Art. After being trained at BBC Scotland & Channel4 London, he has subsequent work experiences within the media & design industry producing videos, animation, multiplatform content, online games, branding, websites & immersive design. In 2013, British Council awarded him 'Creative entrepreneur fellowship' to conceptualise and produce a UK-India global project on 'Games for social change'. Few recent successful projects include “live interactive quiz” on MakeMyTrip app (won gold in ScreenXX awards 2019 for best travel show on web), “Social VR for business” (Accenture), “Retail VR for enterprise” (Walmart), VR games, “interactive video viewing app” (Aga Khan Foundation Europe) and “Mega icons” National Geographic series (won gold in Asian TV Awards 2019). Few other recognisable brands that Saswat has worked with are Walt Disney, Nickelodeon (Viacom18), Endemol, Pocket Aces pictures & Cambridge University Press.
Saswat is truly excited to experience the dynamic and fast evolving landscape of interactive entertainment business in partially-globalised & partially-hyperlocal societies where telling meaningful & actionable stories is more important than ever before. He identifies with multiple communities and enjoys being an ‘outsider’. Being 194 cm (6’4”) tall, he is, yet again, a misfit in most group photos. Being an ardent fan of Marathi Cinema, he has also contributed in its paradigm shift from it being a loss making affair to touching the 100 CR club. He has worked on various Marathi films like Kaksparsha, Duniyadari, Lay Bhaari, Sairat etc. Starting with content marketing for films, Sandesh has got into creative aspect of the films in his overall experience over 12 years.

Having said that, Films still remain as his ultimate source of contentment which makes him to do the persistent search of stories that can be adapted into films. Being an avid traveler Sanjay can always find reasons to travel. He is a keen listener and has spent much of his journalistic time in North-Eastern India, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & Delhi in search of stories ranging from politics, crime, and social issues. His much-acclaimed series ‘Ramrajya’ took him to more than 8 countries. For Ramrajya Sanjay was awarded Ramnath Goenka Award For excellence in Journalism for The Year 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Amit Pareek, a Post Graduate in Business Management with demonstrated leadership strength and proven ability to manage multiple responsibility in fast paced working environment with Critical media deadlines. He assumes the role of Finance Manager in India’s popular Electronic Media Network ABP Networks/ Studio. His background in Business and Finance Management gives him sophisticated grasp on critical aspects of Finance particularly in Sales Accounting, Commercial Negotiations and Credit Control but his enthusiasm doubles with the process automation, being the most expected working demand, these days.
Mr Pareek is well organized professional with attention to detail. He works well independently as well in collaboration with the team.
